Return Policy
RETURNS
At Chow-Hounds we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But we also know that sometimes an item may need to be returned. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. All returns must be in re-sellable or like-new condition. Items should be returned in their original packaging if possible. We will not accept a return on merchandise that is damaged, missing pieces or returned more then 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER:
1. Call (619) 993-4234 or email Contact Us to notify us of the return and to receive an RMA number.
2. Return the item(s) in the original box if possible with the RMA number marked on the outside.
3. Package the returned items properly. When shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the item(s) in protective bubble wrap, place in a sturdy box and fill with shipping peanuts then secure with tape. Please do not leave the item(s) loose in the package. Items scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
4. All returns must be sent pre-paid. To make it easier, we may assist you with your return by providing a pre-paid shipping label to you via email that you can then print out and apply to your package. The fee for the pre-paid shipping label will be charged to your credit card upon your approval. You can then drop the pre-paid package off at any authorized shipping center. If you are shipping the package yourself, we strongly suggest you ship using FED-EX, UPS GROUND or USPS PRIORITY MAIL. No collect shipments will be accepted.
5. Please insure the returned item for its full value to protect you against loss.
6. If you would like to EXCHANGE your item for another item, please let us know during the return process.
7. Any refunds associated with the returned item(s) will be processed when the returned item arrives to us in satisfactory condition.
